Lorevid helps people learn languages from videos already published on YouTube. We do not host the videos, do not redistribute them and do not offer downloads: the viewer watches your video on YouTube, and we prepare study materials for it - a transcript of the speech, a translation, a vocabulary and exercises.
We read the audio of a publicly available video and turn the speech into text.
We translate the sentences into the language the learner chose.
We build a vocabulary and exercises from that text.
We show the video's title, its thumbnail and a link to it on YouTube.
Playback always goes through YouTube. We do not offer video downloads.
Write to [email protected] and tell us:
the link to the channel;
proof that the channel is yours (a message from the address listed on the channel, or a notice in the channel itself, for example on its About tab);
what you are asking for: the whole channel removed, or particular videos.
We reply within three working days. The channel is taken off our shelf without argument - there is no reason for us to work with material whose author objects.
The channel stops appearing in our listings and no new materials can be prepared from its videos. Study materials people prepared for themselves earlier stay with them by default: a learner paid for the work of breaking down the speech, not for the video itself. If you want those closed as well, say so in the same letter - we consider that request separately.
If you believe a material infringes your rights in another way - your music is heard in it, or your text is shown - write to the same address and describe what and where. We reply within the same three working days.
